Solar Dynamics Observatory finds 'Man in the Sun'

A video released by the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) has identified the outline of a 'Man in the Sun' face made up of sun spots and solar flares. The video below shows images take at different wavelengths highlighting the face's features appearing to change mood.
SDO is designed to help us understand the Sun's influence on Earth and Near-Earth space by studying the solar atmosphere on small scales of space and time and in many wavelengths simultaneously.
