FAQs Frequently asked questions

Using the site

Can I post up information about any event or activity I offer?

Please only submit events or activities that are space-related, any others will likely be discounted. We also aren't prepared to post details of events that require a fee, as the site is meant to contain free information for teachers.

How can I find details of a space centre, activity or observatory near my school?

Please visit the teacher support section of the site, where you will be able to use the drop-down menus to search for space activity providers by region or type of activity.

How can I get further information about ESERO-UK?

If you would like to receive our e-newsletter then please visit the newsletter section and sign up there. We also have an RSS Feed for our news items, subscribe to that to be notified when any new news items are added to the website.

How do I register for the newsletter?

If you would like to register for the website and newsletter then please visit the homepage of the site and click on the link there.

I have a question that hasn't been answered, what should I do?

If you cannot find the information you are looking for then please fill out our contact form and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.

I submitted an event/activity - why hasn't it appeared on the site yet?

All submissions need to be checked and approved by the ESERO-UK team, this can take a few days to happen so please be patient. In some situations we will not approve an event or activity, this is because we have deemed it to not be appropriate enough for our audience - please don't take this personally.
